This notice summarizes the categories of personal information Collective2 collects online, the purposes for collection, and whether those categories may be sold or shared as those terms are used under California law.

Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including account operation, legal and regulatory recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, and business records. Some logs and analytics records are kept for shorter periods, while account, billing, tax, and compliance records may be retained longer.
Session replay recordings are generally retained for 30 to 90 days unless specifically preserved for customer support, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, litigation, legal, or compliance reasons.
